Zed eco homes is delighted to offer a Jersey specific version of our stunning new off-grid garden pavilion. Compacted into just the size of a car parking space (5m x 2.5m), this is ideal as a garden office or leisure room under permitted development.
With planning permission, the upstairs space can accommodate a king size double bed.
For those seeking bungalow-style living for children, or as a “granny annex” we can offer a double length (10m x 2.5m) or double width (5m x 5m) version, providing a ground-floor en-suite double bedroom.
We build permanent and affordable eco homes, with either stressed skin, steel or timber frames, and fire-resistant insulation.
With the option of mobile positioning, and siting on un-prepared and uneven land, these lodges offer superb holidays, and offer disabled support.
Options include personalised design, composting toilets and treatment systems for locations short of sewer capacity; rainwater capture and treatment, borehole water where a mains supply is impracticable; full remote control from your phone; fast broadband, and much much more. We also supply kits and training for self-builders.
Warm in winter; cool in summer, these flexible modules are designed and made in Sussex and can be shipped fully-built and fully-fitted-out and equipped, or assembled locally on-site or off-site, from flat-pack kits.
